We take great care in packaging and shipping every order to ensure your collectible arrives safely.

Processing Time

Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Custom items, framed items, or special orders may require additional processing time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection may vary based on order size, value, and destination.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping times shown at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, transit time is controlled by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Insurance & Signature Confirmation

Orders may include shipping insurance and signature confirmation, especially for high-value items. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery address.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Golden Autographs is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable. Stolen packages are not refundable.
