3. The competitor's website must be an authorized dealer and not an auction or marketplace site (such as eBay or Amazon).
4. The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and not a negotiated price or discount.
5. The competitor's price must include all applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
6. The item must not be part of a promotion, clearance, liquidation, or closeout sale.
7. The price match must be requested at the time of purchase, before the sale is finalized.
8. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any price match request that does not meet these criteria or for any other reason.
